Your worth can be felt when you connect with source, and it is an expression of your soul or your true essence.
We live in a highly toxic world, including numerous sources of obvious and stealth toxicity, including but not limited to
- processed and chemically treated foods
- disconnection with people
- too much screen time
- not enough sleep
- poor air quality
- over-scheduled lives and
- strained relationships.
If you are a woman who has excess weight, clutter, or chronic stress, it may be time to detox. When you are overweight, burdened with clutter, or experiencing chronic stress it is as if a funky filter is blurring your vision which makes you feel confused. It does not change your worth but it can reduce your ability to KNOW your worth and to connect with its power.
This prevents you from behaving with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.

A great place to begin owning your worth is taking better care of yourself. That is a simple way of saying “I matter.” This will increase your energy level and confidence and will allow you remove the funky, foggy filter and be a clear channel for the work you do. It will enable you to navigate the day with excellence, integrity and alignment rather than confusion and misdirection.
This is what I like to call your Soul GPS.
When you are aligned and clear, spirit will direct your path and the progress you make will feel natural and effortless. When you are foggy you will struggle, feel overwhelmed, and won’t be able to see the shore or stay on course.
Here are 10 ways to reduce toxicity in your mind, body, and spirit and own your worth this week:
(I suggest choosing on or two to focus on at a time).
1. Eat organic foods.
2. Eliminate processed foods.
3. Exercise and SWEAT it out!
4. Drink plenty of purified water with lemon.
5. Eliminate or reduce consumption of caffeine, refined sugar, white flour, meat, dairy, soy, corn, and highly acidic foods.
6. Increase consumption of fiber-rich foods, whole grains, and healthy fats.
7. Smile and journal gratitude.
8. Be kind and insist on being treated with kindness. Avoid toxic people.
9. Stop watching the news.
10. Take a bath with 2 cups epsom salt, 1/2 cup baking soda, and 5 drops of lemon essential oil.
