Well, hello! I’m Andrea, and I believe life is worth loving, and that pleasure is the answer you’ve been seeking.
Oh…You’re not so sure about that? And how do I even know what the question is?!
I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume you’re probably not living the life you’ve always secretly dreamed of. More likely, you spent a lot of your life checking off the boxes that everyone said were supposed to make you happy, and when they didn’t, you spent a lot of time wondering what was wrong with you.
You knew how much you had to be grateful for, but somehow, it just never filled you up. It never felt like you.
And now, after some big transitions, you’re creating one juicy life. From getting your groove back to starting a business to figuring out what lights you up and going after it. And, you’re a force to be reckoned with.
And honestly? You’re exactly the kind of woman I’d like to know better.
Where I come from
Once upon a time, I had it all. A husband, kids, a fancy house in an edgy urban city, the whole shebang and a bag of chips… and I was exhausted. Even our yearly family vacation left me tired and stressed. That’s when it hit me.
Two weeks of vacation a year is not enough. Pleasure is something that should be experienced every single day.
That was when I made a commitment to myself to change the way I was living to reflect the things that mattered to me most. I practiced exquisite self-care to honor my commitment to happiness and vitality. My husband of twenty years and I divorced amicably and I managed to do so with grace and love, even though it sometimes felt impossible. After 6 years, I came back strong, debt-free, with a financial education and an understanding and appreciation of money, and a self-love, joie de vivre, and commitment to my work that I would have never known otherwise.
And that’s exactly what I help my clients do today.
I’m an Integrative Health Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, and I specialize in helping clients with optimizing health, love, success, creating a haven at home, as well as navigating transitions such as divorce, death of a parent or loved one, and the empty nest with grace and style. For the past 5 years, I’ve been working with women who live lives they feel they should be grateful for but they are still left feeling unsatisfied, like their lives are missing something crucial. Many have exchanges happiness, health, or relationships for success. Often, they’ve been at this for a few years, building a business or career that supports a life that feels better, but is still missing the mark for some reason.
By creating a life you love, one that turns you on and fills you up daily, you will begin to craft the habits and routines that will set you up for success with ease – and of course, more pleasure, every day.
It’s time to live a Hell Yes life, beautiful. A life you don’t need a vacation from!
